Join the League
Fan, athlete, veteran, coach, mentor, or ambassador. Fan is the stadium minimum — the cheap seats that make the noise. We ask how many hours a week you can bring. We do not open with a price tag.

Sit a six-person lab
Helmet Nobody Checked (patent pending), BIOMAG, Thermal Suture, Rib Splint — or bring your own project. One unique person per seat. Co-equal founders, not a solo founder with five spectators.

Register, then walk the stadium
Nobody enters without a roster seat. Ten seconds of tunnel video. The photograph stays cinematic — hang tags off the hero. Open Player view when you want the names.

Move the ball
Verified work earns Business Performance Points. Coaches score seats 0–100 for Game Day readiness — not a GPA, not a valuation. That is the scoring. Rankings stay educational.

Six present what they actually filed. Education product only. No equity grab at the finish line. CFL takes nothing off the cap table.

How the league is scored
The stadium is only the picture. A filed brief. A lab note. A donor thank-you. A Game Day deck. Verified work earns Business Performance Points. Coach scores seats 0–100 for Game Day readiness — not a GPA. Rankings are educational.
- 1One point is one point. BPP is the single scoring engine. The sport you choose changes the picture, never the value.
- 2Work earns points. Votes don't buy them. Filed briefs, lab notes, uploads, and presentations move the ball. Votes are cheers, not currency.
- 3Round multipliers apply the same way everywhere. Sweet 16 1.0x · Elite 8 1.25x · Final Four 1.5x · Championship 2.0x — same multiplier, every stadium.
- 4Coach scores readiness, not the company. The 0–100 score is Game Day readiness only — not a GPA, not a valuation, not an offering.

One score, many stadiums
The same points, drawn differently in each stadium
Every piece of verified work earns the same Business Performance Points (BPP), whichever stadium a team plays in. The stadium only changes how that progress is shown on the field. A donor meeting, for example, is worth 10 points: that is 10 yards in football, a shot on goal in hockey, and 15 miles at the Speedway. Here is how each stadium counts progress.

The deeper a team goes, the more each point is worth. The rules for earning points never change.

Money never moves the ball
Auction bids, gifts and NIL pay earn 0 points. Only work moves a team forward. Asking for a team's information packet (16 points) and bringing its Capstone live (32 points) are two separate events, each counted once.

Every yard is earned by work a coach can see. These are the three kinds of it.
Execution
Decks, document uploads, Game Day readiness. Operational discipline on the surface — where coaches can see it.
Conversion
Votes, donors, sponsors. Votes are cheers — not financial endorsements. Donors fund the educational ecosystem; they do not buy yards. Restricted gifts stay restricted.
Partner with a career and technical school
Capital Forge League works with career and technical schools across the United States — the ones that teach a trade or a technical field alongside the classroom. No single university is the home campus. The curriculum is open to any enrolled student: product, customers, money and leadership, taught the way a team prepares for game day.
What a school hosts
A six-person lab. Ten weeks of coaching. A stadium walk. Game Day. A certificate at the end. Student teams join the work — they never take the patent, and you keep the company you build.
Who sits in the seats
A teacher from the school takes the coach's or instructor's seat. Veterans and athletes make up the founding six. Students join as team members. Mentors come from the trades and from sport. Fan is the stadium minimum, open to anyone.
What CFL never does
